ABOUT IMAGIOBOX
imagiobox is a kids art and craft monthly subscription service. Each month we ship age appropriate carefully crafted activity kits for children. We believe actively engaging kids in a creative learning process would help them prepare effectively for the complex world ahead.
Each subscription box would contain about 4-5 five DIY activities with all the required supplies for completing the activity. Along with this an age-appropriate art. craft or a storybook would also be provided.
At imagiobox we believe in using Art and Craft learning for inspiring creativity in children. Each activity in the box has been designed to arouse children’s innate curiosity and to develop their problem-solving ability. The monthly box has also been designed to engage the children throughout the month and not just for the initial few days.
The DIY activities have been designed for children to use them independently without any external help. However for children aged from 3 – 6 years some parental guidance would be required.
SUBSCRIPTION MODEL
Under the subscription model you can choose from any of the three available plans and the activity boxes would be shipped on specified dates each month.
You can subscribe to any one of the three subscription plans available to each age category- 3 month, 6 month or 12 month.
You can order the box under any of the three subscription plans available and then cancel the order even after only receiving the first box. The remaining amount for the unserviced boxes would be credited to your account in 5-7 days.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION

No additional fees is charged for cancellation of subscription. Only the amount for delivered box would be deducted and the remaining amount would be credited to your bank account in 5-7 working days.
Sorry, no refund would be provided if an activity box is found open.
SHIPPING
There are two shipping dates for the boxes – 1st and 15th of every month. If you order before 15th, your first box would be shipped on 15th of that month and subsequent boxes on 15th of ensuing months. The orders after 15th would be shipped on 1st of every month.

After you place your order, the tracking id and shipping details would be mailed to your email id.
If you receive your box damaged, do not accept the shipment. Also, please inform us about the same immediately.
You do not have to shell a single dime for shipping. We ship all over India without any additional costs.
